Nearly ten years after first joining forces with leading building chemicals manufacturer Sika, Everbuild is set to embark on the next phase of its brand development by becoming fully integrated into the Sika family with a new identity and significant new investment in its product range and distribution capabilities.
Since 1st January 2023, Everbuild Building Products Ltd are legally integrated into Sika Ltd. This is the final step which brings Everbuild and Sika together as one statutory organisation.
The move strengthens the already strong relationship between the two companies which began back in 2013 following Sika’s acquisition of the Yorkshire-based building products brand. Sika will continue to manufacture and distribute its high-performance products from its facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, as well as from three other strategic manufacturing sites across the UK, to provide both its trade contractor and merchant customers a wide range of solutions for a variety of projects. Sika’s extensive product portfolio includes industrial flooring, roofing, concrete admixtures, waterproofing and mortars, alongside its core range of high-performance adhesives, sealants, cleaning products, tiling adhesives, plumbing supplies, and more.
Although the change of legal trading name will take immediate effect, other elements of the rebranding process will have a more long-term focus with the established products that merchants and contractors have come to know and love gradually seeing updates to branding, packaging and POS materials. The formulation and performance criteria of the products will remain at the same high standard as the full integration into Sika only serves to help boost innovation and ensure that the company’s established ethos of putting its customers first remains in clear focus.

We have already had positive feedback from our trade and merchant customers as we all look forward to what this new stage, and new investment, will bring.”
